Application
Engen Gearlube SPL VR 75W-80 is suitable for use in heavy duty manual transmissions, specifically those requiring Volvo 97307 or Voith Retarder oil class C type oils, used in on-highway commercial light and heavy duty trucking, busses. It is NOT suitable for hypoid gear applications in differentials and final drives where API service GL-5 or MIL-PRF-2105E lubricants are specified.
